So if you need help, how do you get it?
- Within the MindTouch Support Portal, click on Submit a request in the top-right corner.
- Provide us with details around the problem you're experiencing (and don't forget to complete the required information indicated by the red (*) asterisk)
- We absolutely appreciate screenshots of the issue you're experiencing for a quicker diagnosis; simply upload files within the Attachments field.
- Once completed click on the Submit button.
- Your ticket has now been sent off to our team, and we'll reach out to personally follow-up with you. You can likely expect a call, and a screenshare if further details are needed!
Note: While not all information is required, the more information supplied the faster we can potentially resolve your request.
